You can return your order within 30 days of receipt for a full refund minus shipping and packaging costs. The parts MUST be unpainted and in the same condition as when they were shipped to you. It is important for you to understand that if you paint the lowers, or if you have a recommended painter paint them, there is no credit back for paint as you would be asking us to refund you for something we may not be able to sell.  It is recommended that you get the lowers and test the fit before you paint them.

99% of the time they do.  If there is an issue, let us look at the scenario and create something for you. If you have something in the way of the part that is different than what it was created for, then you need to rethink the location of that existing part.  This is one reason to get the parts unpainted; so that if you need to return them, you can.

The length of time it takes to complete the parts depends on which product you get. Split Lowers are printed on high speed machines, and a set can theoretically be made in a day (depending on how busy we are). Full piece parts take several days each.  Each product should have a rough timeline on availability, but feel free to ask.

No, we have the parts pretty much nailed down. If you have a special project request, however, that is different.  Obviously, it may be difficult for you to get your bike to us, so there may be a bit of back and forth on custom order shipping.

Currently, we can refer you to a local painter so that your lowers come painted and ready to go. However, the payment for this service and any issues that arise from it are between you and the painter.  If you are unsure, then just ask us to ship you one lower or both lowers to try first.  then you can either ship them back for us to have painted for you, or you can have them painted by your painter.  In the grand scheme of things, $50 or so for shipping is relatively little.
